During maple syrup season, we tap a number of our tall maples, using the old traditional bucket method.

Sugar Shack

Our sugar shack is an age-old log cabin, with a wood-burning evaporator, to show you how maple sap is turned into syrup.

The Animal Barn

Don’t forget to swing by the Heritage Barn, built in 1867, to visit our animal friends. You might even get a chance to say hi to everyone’s favourite, “Malcolm”!
