One of the best things about working here at Stanley’s Olde Maple Lane Farm is the people that we get to meet.
During our annual sugarbush season, we get thousands of visitors, who come out to enjoy a little bit of Spring sunshine (or snow) and snack on the sticky sweet treat that is real Ontario Maple Syrup.
The most popular way to do this, aside from our famous all-you-can-eat Pancake Brunch, is with a little bit of Taffy on the snow. Maple Syrup is brought to a boil, cooled slightly and poured over freshly shaved iced to create a sticky candy treat!
11 month old Élodie, got her first taste this past season! By the expression on her face, we’re sure it won’t be her last!
